Please email, call or text me to book. If you leave  a voice message please clearly state your name and the best contact details to reach you on.

I will respond to you between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. and will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. If I do not respond by then this is because I am either working away or on annual leave. In such instances I will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you contact me, I will assume that I can respond to you at the contact details you have used to get in touch unless otherwise specified. Should you wish me to not respond, please state this clearly in your message.

CANCELLATIONS

There is no obligation to continue from one session to the next.  If we work together further details about my cancellation policy will be communicated ahead of commencing sessions.
